Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.  Orders are not shipped on weekends and holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.  If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Due to the current shipping climate, we are currently only shipping domestically within the United States.  We apologize for any inconvenience.

Return & Exchange Policy

Please keep in mind we are a small family owned and operated business. Many of our products cannot be returned for legal and/or health and safety issues. With that in mind we are not able to exchange or refund orders for buyer’s mistakes or remorse for certain products, or products that are on sale/clearance. A new order, at your expense, will need to be placed if you want a different product.

Any claims for incorrect/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 10 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 10 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.


The most simple and efficient way to exchange an item is to place a new order for the alternative(s) of the item(s) you wish to exchange. Follow the above guidelines when returning the exchange item(s).

Incorrect Addresses

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our place and you will be liable for reshipment costs.

Unclaimed Orders

Unclaimed shipments are returned to our place and you will be liable for reshipment costs.

Refused Orders

Refused shipments are returned to us and you will be liable for reshipment costs or a $25 restocking fee.

Cancelled Orders

Most orders are processed the same day. Subsequent to processing, cancellations will incur a $25 restocking fee.

Shipping Charges

Barring an error on our part, all shipping charges incurred, including costs associated with free shipping promotions, are nonrefundable.


Credits are issued using the payment method on record for the order. Credits may take up to several business days to post to your account.
